Basic Method is perfect for those wanting to improve their form and functionality, ensuring a smooth progression through our other classes. You will leave each class feeling like a better version of yourself, no filter necessary. Join us and discover the foundation for a stronger, more balanced you.

 
 

MAT METHOD

Dig deep as we dial up the calorie burn in our Mat space. This is the hype you have heard about Maritza and her Ritzfactor flair to Mat Pilates. Known for her vision, precision, and ability to impact each client with movement, Maritza creates a space where everyone feels inspired and supported. This class is a fusion of Mat Pilates and weight training, emphasizing low-impact muscular strength training with a focus on form and fluidity. Expect dynamic and complex movements that will target and define every glorious inch of your body while perfecting your posture and practice. Grab a set of Bala weights and meet us on the Mat.

 
 

THE AB METHOD

File this under: Addicting Triple Threat. This class targets your arms, glutes, and abs with a fun and inspired burn that keeps hitting that afterburn we all crave. Expect targeted exercises to strengthen your core, tone your arms, tighten your thighs, and lift your glutes. The Ab Method combines precision and intensity to sculpt and define all the right places. THE RITZ METHOD

Not your typical Pilates class. This is a high-energy, high-intensity Reformer and Mat training class that will have your heart pumping and body burning! Featuring dynamic exercises that focus on strength, coordination, and balance, The Ritz Method is ideal for those who want to move more efficiently in their everyday life. JUMP-BOARD METHOD

Ready for a glute-busting dance party? Come bump up the burn in this athletic Jump-board class. This low-impact apparatus will keep your heart pumping while you’re jumping. Experience an effective, cross-training plyometric workout designed to improve agility and speed. Expect lots of sweat with little stress!

 
 

INTRO TO METHOD

New to Pilates? Find the Athletic Reformer + Pilates fusion intimidating? We’ve got you covered at The M- Method! This class is designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of Pilates and immerse you in the essence of our approach. The M- Method is all about helping each member feel confident in their movements and tailoring each exercise to their current functionality. In this moderately paced class, you’ll learn how to utilize the Reformer, master the bounce on the Jumpboard, among other techniques. Ideal for newcomers seeking to enhance body awareness, form, and functionality, enabling you to move more efficiently in your everyday life and seamlessly progress to other classes. As a new member, completion of this class is REQUIRED if you haven’t had previous Pilates training. You’re also required to sign up for 2-3 sessions before advancing to other classes.
